Item 9: Concentration Chart
Hello again,
As I stated on my latest post, I will be sharing
with you guys about concentration again but this time we will be focusing on
another sub topic. I was given a task by my lecturer to do an activity about concentration
chart.
So, stay tuned if you are curious to know about it!
Monitor Our Concentration
In the latest post I talked about how to improve our concentration. Actually, there are too many strategies that we can follow. The other strategy is to monitor our concentration by using the concentration chart. I am going to show you how I did it.

Above table shows my concentration chart for this
week during weekdays. As I used the strategies just like I stated above, it
worked very well as long as I follow the strategies.
Although, there are still some improvement needed. I
still need to improve my strategies to reduce using phone when studying. That is
the one that need I should be avoiding the most.
For the other strategies, it worked well to solve my
concentration problem and I could manage to finish the tasks as planned in my “To-Do
List”. Yeay!
Monitoring our concentration can do a lot of
improvement to us. By doing it, we can see the some improvement on our
concentration ability when it comes to study, learning and all that kind of
stuff.
Put notes or star mark whenever we start to lost
focus during the lecture can work too. Go back to our lecturer and ask them to
explain again is the best way to keep us on track.
Every time we notice that our concentration starts
losing, figure it out why we can loss focus. Once the reason is found out, try
to avoid it next time. Always find a way to overcome our concentration problem.

I think that is all from me today. Hope you will
find interest to improve your concentration by using the concentration chart
just like me. See you in the next post and goodbye.

the information above are based on my study skill textbook provided by my
lecturer for study skill (UED102) course. All of the images or pictures are
just my creativity. I do not own any of them.
