ITEM 5 : PRIORITIZED TO DO LIST

Prioritized To Do List

Hello again readers,

For today’s topic, I want to share with all of you what is a “to do list” and how to set prioritized task on the list. Stay tuned!

To Do List

A “to-do” list is a list of the tasks that you want to complete each day. Putting our personal goal on the list is also important. It can help us to stay organized and avoid procrastination or delay.

Making to do list can become a habit forming, so get started immediately! Don’t worry if one of the tasks cannot be completed in a day. Continue doing it on the next day and keep planning realistically.

Figure 1: Example of  a to do list

Establishing priorities can help us complete most important task first followed by the medium important and so on. Put our academic task as the most important priority ( at the top) and the personal task as low priority so that our assignments or tasks will not be left undone.

Kindly, let me show you how I make my prioritized to do list using the template my lecturer provided for me.

PRIORITIZED TASK LIST

As you can see from the table above, I put my personal task at the lower priorities column. This is how we should set the to do list to avoid our important task be delayed or we might forget the important ones after completing the personal task.

That is all for today. I hope this little example on how to do a “to do” list will help you a lot. Thank you so much for spending time on here and goodbye!
